2. User Registration
To book transport services, delivery, or courier services, users must
create an account. You agree to:

- Keep login credentials secure
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Update your information when necessary
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of
suspicious, fraudulent, or unsafe behavior.
3. Services Overview

4. Booking and Payments
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through the Roundz app or website

Each booking is subject to partner confirmation and availability
- Service details cannot be modified once confirmed
- Estimated pricing is provided before confirmation
Pricing
- All prices are listed in INR inclusive of applicable GST
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time or extra stops
- Toll charges and parking fees may apply where applicable
Payment Methods
- UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets
- Cash payments available for select services
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
5. Service Terms
Timelines
- Service time estimates are provided during booking
- Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or vehicle issues
- Customers will be notified of significant delays
Pickup and Delivery
- Ensure pickup and delivery addresses are accurate
- Customers must be present during pickup and delivery
- Provide accurate contact information for coordination
- Items must be properly packed for safe transport
Restricted Items
- Hazardous materials and illegal substances are prohibited
- Valuable items are transported at owner's risk
- Perishable items require special arrangements
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation
- Free cancellation within 5 minutes of booking
- Charges may apply after partner assignment
- No cancellation after service begins
Refunds
- Refunds issued if service partner cancels booking
- Refunds processed for system errors or service unavailability
- Refunds take 5-7 working days
- Partial refunds may apply for incomplete services
7. Partner Responsibilities
- Maintaining valid licenses and insurance
- Following safety protocols
- Treating customers professionally
- Handling goods with care
- Communicating delays promptly
8. User Responsibilities
- Use services for legal purposes only
- Provide accurate information
- Treat service partners with respect
- Report issues through proper channels
- Pay applicable charges promptly
9. Limitation of Liability
- Roundz liability is limited to service charges paid
- We are not liable for indirect damages
- Insurance coverage details apply for certain services
- Force majeure events are beyond our control
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
including data collection, usage practices, and security measures.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall
under the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform
indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Communication Consent
By providing your phone number during the sign-up/contact us process,
you explicitly consent to receive calls and SMS messages from us
regarding your account, services, and promotional offers, in
accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
14. Account Deletion – Roundz Application
This section is for users of the Roundz mobile application, developed and published by REACHBLIZ, available on Google Play.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Roundz account using any of the following methods:
- Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the Roundz application
- Go to Profile → Delete Account
- Confirm your deletion request
- Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@roundz.in with your registered email ID and request account deletion.
What Happens After You Request Deletion
- Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 days of your request
- You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is completed
Data Deletion Details
When your account is deleted:
- Your account information will be removed
- Your personal data associated with your account will be deleted
Data Retention Policy
Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required for legal and operational purposes:

We may retain your personal and usage data (including geo-location, trip history, and transaction history) for up to 30 days after account deletion to:
- Resolve disputes
- Complete pending transactions
- Detect and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
After this period:
- Your data will be permanently deleted, or
- Anonymized and aggregated for analytical purposes only
